Synopsis:
An artist film that combines dance, music and filmmaking. INNER GODS is a commentary on mental health among black men in England. Set against the back drop of covid lockdown restrictions and the rise of Black Lives Matter, it is the story of one man’s struggle as he faces inner demons. Filming in Gateshead with an all black cast, it is also a celebration of black artists in the north east.
