Synopsis:
“Highschool or : I’m not saying I want to kill myself but it sure would be nice to be in the hospital for a month or two” is a 12 minute 2D animated short film that follows a 15-year-old high school girl through a day filled with boredom, stress and fear. Balancing the demands of endless school hours, her toxic friend group and her troubled family life, the protagonists internal world is filled with intrusive thoughts of violent self harm.
