Synopsis:
“KEMI” is a 3-minute documentary that intimately portrays a young Black Christian woman who has borderline personality disorder & is a domestic abuse survivor. Her journey of healing is deeply rooted in her faith, spirituality, and poetry. The narrative unfolds through her talking to her younger self, complemented by her poetry and evocative artistic imagery.
